This recipe is WONDERFUL! I ended up substituting the puff pastry for homemade pie pastry (which resulted in a longer baking time, but it was good none-the-less), and had to add a little Chardonnay since I didn’t have enough sherry after making Kung Pao chicken last week. I also used Macintosh apples since they were on sale at the grocery this week. My husband and 2 boys (7 & 5-years-old) all LOVED it. Thanks for posting another AWESOME recipe! I’ll be making this one again and again…
